Developed in partnership between EAESP and four other major institutions, the course is the only truly global MBA, due to the characteristics of its disciplines, international residencies and projects developed by multicultural teams over a period of 21 months.

CEO Magazine, from the UK, recently published the 2017 edition of the top Executive MBAs ranking worldwide. OneMBA - Global Executive MBA Program of FGV’s Sao Paulo School of Business Administration (EAESP) was the top ranking course in Latin America and ranked 5th worldwide, ahead of dozens of prestigious institutions from the U.S. and Europe. The ranking assesses the quality of faculty, diversity and international exposure, professional development, and teaching methods, among other items.

Developed in partnership between EAESP and four other major institutions – Xiamen University (China), Rotterdam School of Management (Netherlands), Tecnológico de Monterrey - EGADE (Mexico), and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Kenan-Flager Business School (U.S.) –, the course is the only truly global MBA, due to the characteristics of its disciplines, and particularly the international residencies (covering seven countries across four continents) and projects developed by multicultural teams over a period of 21 months. The class that started in 2016 gathers students of more than 20 different nationalities from the five schools.

In addition to a standard curriculum, the 21-month program also prepares experienced professionals for an international career, allowing students from all five schools to network and share experiences. FGV’s academic director of the program, professor Jorge Carneiro, points out that the global residencies are characterized by lectures with corporate representatives, executives and scholars, visits to companies, and workshops that explore the best business practices in the region and allow students to understand how the social, economic, political and cultural traits of the region’s countries affect business activities.

Classes start in September and are held every three weeks, on Fridays and Saturdays – a quite convenient schedule for professionals from across the country holding strategic positions in their organizations. OneMBA’s official language is English.

At the end of the program, students receive an MBA certificate from EAESP and a OneMBA certificate, recognized and signed by all five institutions.
