As the labor market becomes ever more competitive, a specialist certificate can be a major advantage for your resume. Fundação Getulio Vargas is now accepting applications for its non-degree graduate programs in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, in the areas of Law, Administration and Economics.

In Rio de Janeiro, there are FGV Law Program options. People interested in our LL.M programs in Law (Corporate; State and Regulation; and Litigation – New Challenges for Disputes) have until August 15 to apply. The Rio de Janeiro Law School (Direito Rio) also offers 10 options for continuing education courses, including short-term programs, ranging from 60 to 15 hours.

In São Paulo, those interested in taking a GVlaw specialist law program have until July 24 to apply. The São Paulo Law School offers, several short-term and specialist course. Among them is the Corporate Law program, aimed at training professionals to work on structuring companies, and the Contract Law course, providing a vision that a contract is a governance structure, which may be used both to exercise and organize economic activities.

The São Paulo School of Business Administration (EAESP) offers four course options in the city. Applications will be received until July 22 for the Specialist Graduate Administration Course (CEAG) and for the Master’s in Business and Management (MBM). The deadline to apply for the Hospital Administration and Health Systems Course (CEAHS) is July 29. Those interested in OneMBA, rated the best executive course in 2015 in Latin America by the Financial Times, have until July 31 to apply.

People willing to take a specialist course in São Paulo also have options in the area of Economics. The Master’s Programs at the São Paulo School of Economics (EESP) – Business Economics; Financial Economics; Corporate Finance, Controllership and Economics; and Banking, Financial Institutions and Economics – are designed to provide complementary education in the areas of Applied Economics and Finance for young professions. Applications can be submitted as of August 1, and classes start in February 2017.
